Things I’m Doing In The Next Few Months

I thought I would make a little post documenting the things I am doing in the next few months. There isn’t anything major going on, just random smaller things, but also things I love and I thought it would be fun to share with you.

I took part in Aussie’s hair styling challenge (that’s the photo above). Aussie is my favourite hair product brand, it’s really been the only thing that works for my hair. I have very thick hair which can get quite coarse, so their Miracle Moist products make my hair as soft as possible! Plus it smells amazing! The challenge was to create an Australian look with the Aussie products and an ASOS accessory which came in the gift bag. Usually I think of Australian hair as beach waves and long, but I decided to do something different because I generally wear my hair long everyday. I went for this up do with a quiff and I quite like how it came out! I will let you all know the outcome of the challenge when the results are in!

I’ve also been taking part in a collaboration with Poochkis! They are a designer lounge wear company and they have amazing at home clothes! I’m completely in love with them and I will share those posts with you soon! One will be this week and the other one will be next month.

Press days are coming up! During the months of March and April, press days are everywhere and I am excited about those! I don’t exactly love the whole traveling part on the train up to London, but I do love being in London and seeing the brands I work with and all of the new collections. I’m most excited about Diesel, Lulu Guinness, Topshop, J Brand, MiH and Paige! I can’t wait! And of course I will be sharing those posts with you too!

I’m also attending a runway show during Bristol Fashion Week in March. It’s going to be a big event where bloggers can blog from the show and document everything going on. It’s all going to be high street as well, so that makes me happy. All of the clothes will be more than affordable! I don’t often attend the catwalk shows, so this will be a newer experience for me and I am excited to be able to share it with you all as well.

One big thing that is coming up on the 3rd March is… my blogs 2nd birthday! It’s really hard to believe that my blog will be 2 years old in a couple of weeks time! The time has flown by and I am honestly shocked thinking about where all the days went, however it also feels like this blog has been with me for life. It’s a very mixed feeling of emotions! For my post, I am not sure what I will be doing to celebrate it though. Do you have any suggestions? Maybe something you would like to see at all?

This one is a bit of a long shot, but… I have always wanted to go to Disneyland Paris! My plan is to go there with my boyfriend at some point this year on the Eurostar train. I’ve never been to Paris before either, so it will be two amazing things in one! Visiting Paris as a city and being in Disneyland! I am obsessed with Disney! Have any of you been to Disneyland?

So those are some of the things I have planned now that Fashion Week is pretty much over. I never documented anything from AW12 collections this time because I generally wasn’t impressed with most of the shows. Maybe there were a couple of things in a few shows that I liked individually, but not much. I tend to prefer the SS collections over the AW ones because there is always more colour and fun!
