I’m never usually the type of person that conforms to seasonal clothes (unless it’s too hot and minimal clothing is the only option), so I don’t generally only wear browns in the Autumn, brights in the Summer etc, I prefer to wear whatever I feel like wearing on that day. This is why I am wearing what could be determined as an Autumn outfit, in the middle of Summer! I got these brown jeans and I really wanted to wear them right now, so I went down the route of pairing them with different shades of brown and cream!
I’m wearing Denim of Virtue Skinny Jeans, an ASOS Squirrel Shirt, my Sam Edelman Mocassins, a Gold Becca Laws Necklace, my Mulberry Mini Taylor in Deer Brown, my Marc by Marc Jacobs Blade Chrono Watch and various Bracelets from Topshop and ASOS.
As you can see just below, I have also started to include mini videos with my outfit posts. This is a new feature that I am starting and I hope you like it! A lot of you have requested that I do outfit videos as well, so hopefully this one is ok! You can see parts of my town in the video as well, which I know is always interesting! We ate at Prezzo for the first time and I actually quite liked it! You can see the food photos at the bottom of this post too! So, what do you think of the outfit and the video? well a cream blouse would look nice alternatively, pale pink tops would look really nice, as would a paler brown. if you want to be more glam and you feel confident, you can try a gold top. as for shoes, well I was going to suggest pumps, but you want heels. Either wear brown boots, maybe even shoeboots. You could wear brown court shoes, or maybe even gold; whatever you feel confident in. i would advise wearing partyfeet if you are wearing heels, because then your feet won’t kill, especially if you are wearing new shoes!

I have a friend who won’t let her husband wear brown if she’s wearing black and vice versa. She thinks it doesn’t look good…frankly nobody notices or cares if you don’t match. But everybody notices if you match too much.
This outfit is too perfect!! The squirrels! The perfect rustic, earthy colour co-ordination! The simple classical cut of that top is just perfect too.
