As promised, here are proper photos of my brand new Jimmy Choo Melba suede booties in Sandalwood. I purchased these in the Jimmy Choo boutique in Selfridges while in London as you know and I adore them! I never ever purchase things on a whim when they cost a lot of money, but the fact that I bought these after seeing them in the shop speaks volumes about how much I love them. I did manage to have a think about them for about 10 minutes, but they were absolutely beautiful to look at, the gold heel was the icing on the cake really, it tipped me over the edge!
These actually combine everything I love in a boot. They are an ankle boot, which is what I love the most with my skinny jeans. The heel isn’t too high, it’s around 3.5 inches, which to me is a good height for walking around in. They filled that void of tan/brown high heels that I had, as for some reason, all my heeled ankle boots seemed to be black! They also have a thick and chunky heel which I love as it makes them sturdier to walk in, and did I mention one other thing? They are insanely gorgeous!
I had actually never been too interested in Jimmy Choo before as you know I’m always a Christian Louboutin fan, however I haven’t really been into his newer designs lately and absolutely fell for these, so even though I am broke now, they were definitely worth it! I did manage to save up quite a lot of money for my London trip and even though I was continuously looking for the Chanel espadrilles (to no avail), I think these were the right replacement purchase. I’m planning on wearing them this weekend if it doesn’t ran! Fingers crossed!
You can purchase all three colours by clicking the names with these links here: Sandalwood, Black and Burgundy. Seeing that they come in all of these colours, you would have expected me to go with burgundy wouldn’t you? But I already own burgundy boots, as well as black, so it definitely made sense for me to go with the tan shade! All three are stunning though! Which do you like and what do you think of my new Jimmy Choo Melba booties?

OMG they are sooo gorgeous but I wouldn’t dare wear them near any pavements as I just know what would happen – heel, crack, pavement, ruin! Lol!

Thank you! How do you mean? Do you mean the cracks in the pavements where the cemented tiles are or does it mean something else lol? The heels on these are really thick and sturdy so I can’t see them going down any cracks thankfully!
these are unbearably gorgeous! What a great purchase!
