(Coat – Similar & Similar, Scarf – Exact, Shoes – Similar, Lipstick – Exact)
The weather has been a little crazy lately so I don’t seem to have seasonal themes in terms of my outfits. One minute it might be warm so I’m wearing something Summery, then the next it’s colder and I’m wearing a coat. This is a look that I had been wanting to wear for a while, I came up with the idea last year actually, but it was always too cold to go bare legged back then. I was waiting for the perfect type of temperature to be cool enough for a coat, but not too cold that my legs would freeze. Luckily, this day happened a couple of weeks ago, the same day we shot the Ann Summers lingerie photos to be precise!
I chose to wear one my favourite coats that I have had for years, my Topshop burgundy princess coat. I know you have seen this coat quite a few times over the years here on Raindrops of Sapphire and there’s reason for it! It’s one of the best ones that I own and it always gets compliments. I decided to go bare legged and just wear my Topshop Saffi heels in burgundy red to go with it. The two shades are almost identical in colour, so I think it’s a good match. Since I didn’t want to wear only burgundy, I went with my Londali scarf to add a bit of blue and yellow to the mix. I really like how this turned out actually, I think it might be one of my favourite Autumn inspired outfits for this year so far.
And as a little update, things have been going really well for me lately in terms of blogging, my newer denim blog that I started, The Jeans Blog, has been gaining in popularity pretty rapidly, getting more and more views and I am also working on a very cool project with one of the United State’s top retailers for it, so I can’t wait to share that with you! Raindrops of Sapphire is also doing incredibly well, so I have a lot of thanks to you guys for supporting my blog so much! I’m really happy right now with how well things are going in terms of blogging. I’ve definitely found my feet this year! So anyway, what do you think of this outfit? Do you like it?

This coat just does miracles in showing off your figure – No wonder it keeps bringing you compliments.
The way you wear the coat could easily set loose some of my less gentlemanly thoughts about what, or what not, you might be wearing under the coat.
