First of all, I wanted to say a huge thank you to all of you entering The Somerset Toiletry Company giveaway that I published yesterday, it’s had almost 500 entries so far which is incredible! It is a fantastic luxury toiletries gift set though, so I don’t blame you all for jumping on board so quickly! If you missed it, you can enter by clicking here. Also, I’m still running a Hudson Jeans giveaway over on The Jeans Blog, you can win a pair of Collin or Nico skinny jeans! You can enter that one by clicking here.
Anyway, getting around to this outfit, this is one that I put together on Sunday last week and it included my new Hudson Barbara high rise skinny jeans! The Barbara is their new cut for Autumn and I love the higher rise! They kept the placement of the back pockets in the right place and just raised the height of the jean, so as you can see they are incredibly flattering. I love these! I paired these jeans with my burgundy Peplum top from Topshop and layered over my Zara cream zip blazer. I also chose my new Topshop coin necklace as I saw this in the shop last weekend and thought it was perfect!
Now moving onto the shoes, I need a separate paragraph for these because they are really pretty! I got them from Kelya in Europe as they wanted me to style them and see what fashion bloggers, such as myself, thought of their shoes, and I have to say that I really like them. They are a patent nude colour which of course goes with anything and I actually don’t have any pointed nude shoes which are all one colour, believe it or not. They also have a lower heel height of around 3.5″ so they are very easy to walk in. The toe area is a lot longer than what I’m used to with Pigalle, but they are still really flattering when worn. So this is my latest outfit, what do you think of it?

It’s amazing how much difference a pair of heels can make.
Your curves are of course divine, as usual.
But styled with your Louboutins it would be a statement of almost ‘agressive’ (for lack of better words) here-I-come femininity. It might intimidate some, and seduce others.
With the nude heels, however, it’s more subdued. Still extremely feminine, but with a discreetly self-confident elegance for everyday use.

Thank you! Yeah I thought black would have been too harsh for this look, the nude was much more suited!
