Styling my mum for Mother’s Day!
For us over here in the UK, it’s Mother’s Day coming up this Sunday (15th March), so I was really excited to team up with the brand Kaleidoscope and their #GlamYourMum campaign! This means getting to choose an outfit to style my mum in for the special day, which she definitely deserves as she supports me all the time.
Together we chose this blue leather biker jacket to go with this orange sleeveless zip blouse, both contrasting colours and opposite sides of the colour wheel, but they work so well together. These were the two items we selected within the budget and the GAP jeans are her own, paired with my boots and then finished with some beautiful sunflowers!
I’m really proud of my mum for losing a lot of weight recently and coping with the health issues that she has, I know it’s not easy for her to do a photo shoot, as it wasn’t back in 2013, but she did a lot better with this one and we got to shoot the photos in the Botanical Gardens too on Saturday before making my video.
