Stuart Weitzman Lowland Boots Outfit

Stuart Weitzman Lowland Boots With A Grey Coat

Back in early January, when it was pretty cold, we shot these photos around by the Bath Spa in town and I really liked how they came out. They had more of a darker, arty vibe to them, but it was a struggle posing for too long as I remember my hands being absolutely freezing! This was an outfit that I had kind of put together on a whim, but when it comes to grey and black, you can’t really go wrong pairing various shades like that together.

I was wearing my REISS Scarlet Teddy Coat that I absolutely adore and wear constantly in the wintertime, because it’s so roomy and perfect for layering, but also really smart and classy. I layered it over a simple grey Topshop knit, and tucked that into my L’AGENCE Margot Skinny Jeans in Grey. I finished it off with my Stuart Weitzman Lowland Boots in Black, that I got last year, and added in my Saint Laurent Nano Sac de Jour Bag in Grey.

As much as I love the design of Stuart Weitzman boots, I find them pretty uncomfortable. Does anyone else? The stiff back of the heel tends to rub against my heel and cause some discomfort, and that disappoints me given the price of them, but I put up with it because they’re so pretty! Anyway, this outfit is more of a casual take on one that I wore previously (see it here). Instead of flat boots, I opted for heeled ones and a Chanel bag, so please do let me know which one you prefer! I think I personally like the other one a little more! Lorna xx.

This outfit looks so chic on you Lorna. It’s a very glamorous look, but not overly fussy. The boots are fabulous, it’s a shame they weren’t very comfortable to wear. Maybe next time you do a photo shoot with them on, you can bring a pair of trainers to wear afterwards! That’s the sort of thing I’d do!

It’s lovely to see your new content. Keep up the great work Lorna.

    Lots of love Saba xx

Thank you so much, Saba! Actually, if I’m in really high heels, I usually bring a spare pair of shoes, ha ha. I just didn’t think I would need to as they were flat, ha ha!

This is such a cosy neutral outfit! that’s a great coat on you! It’s a shame the boots are uncomfortable to wear though – I can’t stand uncomfortable shoes so they wouldn’t work well for me!

Hope that your week is going well 🙂
