Merry Christmas From Lorna Elf
Merry Christmas everyone for tomorrow! If you follow me on Snapchat (@LornaRaindrops) then you will know that I am posting my Christmas costume blog post today and I already mentioned that it was an elf. I love to dress up as I’m sure you are all aware of by now, so instead of doing Mrs Santa Claus like I did last year, I wanted to be one of his cheeky little helpers. So here I am as Lorna Elf! I got this elf costume from Escapade, which is the same place that I got my Wonder Woman costume, and I think it’s adorable. I didn’t have the striped green and red tights to go with it though unfortunately, and despite it being absolutely freezing (which luckily doesn’t come across in these photos!), they came out ok! I will be speaking a lot more next week in my New Year blog post about some of the changes for 2016 and ideas that I have planned, as well as doing a recap of 2015 which has been fantastic. I’m keeping this post short and sweet as I’m hoping to start enjoying my Christmas Eve now and Christmas Day tomorrow! I’m at my parents’ house now with my parents and my grandad. Then on boxing day my brother and his family will travel up and join us. So it’ll be a nice family Christmas weekend. My nephew is just at the age to really start to enjoy it all.

That’s sweet! It’s always nice when it’s a big family Christmas. We used to do that with all of our family on Boxing Day at my grandparents, but since my grampy passed away a couple of years ago it’s never been the same as my gran moved away. Now we don’t do anything for Boxing Day, we just sort of spend everything really quietly and watch TV. I’m looking forward to Dr. Who tomorrow though, that’s for sure. And yes, I shall be helping Santa tonight to deliver all the presents! There’s a pair of socks for you in there, ha ha.
Oooh, I’ll look out for the socks!
Yeah, I’m looking forward to Doctor Who too. I’m the only DW fan here today though so it’s a pity that my brother will not be here until tomorrow as he’s as into it as I am. 😀 Let me know what you think of it.
It’s lovely that my nephew will be coming tomorrow. 4 generations together ranging from age 3 to age 88. Lol Plus I’ll be roasting in my turkey outfit again for my nephew’s amusement… 🙂
