The Senreve Aria Belt Bag Outfit

Senreve Aria Belt Bag With Skinny Jeans And Boots

Happy Friday everyone! While Storm Erik is causing havoc outside, I wanted to share an outfit that we shot a couple of months ago now. I’ve got so many outfits to share with you and just not enough time to do it, ha ha. So while it’s freezing, heavy rain, and blowing a gale, I’m feeling warmer looking at these Autumn photos instead. I thought it would be nice to post this one now to escape the temperatures outside. I’m really enjoying my new editing style too, while it takes a lot longer for me to do it, I like how it’s looking and it’s working well!

Anyway, for this outfit, I was wearing my new Senreve Aria Belt Bag in Merlot that I got on Shopbop after admiring the brand for about a year. I chose to wear it with my new L’AGENCE Margot Skinny Jeans in Graphite (gifted) which have quickly become my favourite black jeans based on how much I’ve been wearing them. I opted for my new UO Cosy Chenille Jumper as well that I purchased a couple of months ago, and finished it off with my Allsaints Black Ankle Boots (similar here) that I got years ago and still love. I didn’t wear any jewellery or a coat for this look, so it really is just a black, white and red combination that I think is so classic!

Getting back to the L’AGENCE Margot, I literally have been living in them. I wore them to London, for travel and errands, I wear them for dress up and just casual, they’re literally amazing. I recommend them to you if you’re looking for a super stretch, flattering jean. I’m eager to get more washes! You can read my review on them on The Jeans Blog here, and I’m not saying this just because they were gifted, I am always truthful with my opinions as you know. You can tell from the photos how flattering they are, how much they lengthen my legs, and look beautiful! They’re pretty much the only black jeans I’ve been wearing for the last month, they’re that good.

As these jeans make a great base for any outfit, styling them with this jumper was ideal for me. I love anything chenille because it’s so soft and comfortable, and I love the off the shoulder vibe that it has. I think the black and white contrast made the perfect foundation for the Senreve Aria Belt Bag. I love how the burgundy pops against it and breaks it up. When I look at these photos, my eyes are drawn to the bag instantly, and as it’s really easy to wear (either as a belt bag or shoulder bag) it gives multiple options to wear it, so you will be seeing it more often in my future looks! Let me know if you’d like me to review it as well in the comments below, as I can do that for you. Anyway, as always, what do you think of my outfit? I hope you enjoy your weekend! Lorna xx.

I love this outfit Lorna! Anything you wear looks beautiful on you. Isn’t London a long way from where you live? I’ve never been to England of course. 😮

Yeah, it’s about 2 hours on the train. We were there overnight though for the Gillette event 🙂

Gillette, a shaving razor is what comes to mind! That’s a longer trip, better I suppose by taking the train, leaving the car back home.

Driving in London is near impossible with the traffic, so train is the best option for sure! Yeah that was what it was for, ha ha, did you see my January update? All the details are in that about the event and London photos etc.!

You nailed this look Lorna! Cozy, casual and chic! I have been eyeing belt bags left and right. First RM, then Botkier and now I am digging this one from Senreve. I love the color and nice, that you got it embossed! Does it have any compartments on the inside?

Oh it’s not embossed, it’s my watermark of my initials so nobody steals my images, ha ha! There’s a card holder and a zipped compartment inside actually, so it’s pretty roomy! You can see an inside shot here in this link: https://rstyle.me/n/dfrgv3mype

So happy you liked the outfit, Maureen! Thank you!

This is such a lovely outfit. I love the classic color combination of black jeans and a white sweater with a pop of color from the bag.

It’s such a cute belt bag and you’re right the burgundy is so nice with the black and white. You wear it well!

Hope that you are having a wonderful weekend and you can stay safe and dry inside away from the storm 🙂

The skinny jeans and boots combo is the best!! Love that they go well together and make you look classier than just plain casual. Love how you rocked the belt bag too!!

I can certainly see why you like these jeans so much and how they appear to give you extra leg length – my first impression was that they make you look a bit taller. They’re a really nice fit anyhow. 🙂 Graphite, to me, more implies grey than black though so I can’t quite make up my mind whether I think they’re a light black or a really dark grey or something between the two. Nice colour though and I can imagine them being very versatile in terms of what colours you can style them with. 🙂

They are a very intriguing colour which I find hard to explain, but if I try, I would say they’re a washed black. So a faded black with some grey undertones where the black colour has lost its vibrancy, so I think graphite sounds about right!

Yes, for once the colour name given to them makes total sense. 😀 I’m usually baffled as to how names for colours and tones/shades of jeans are chosen by the manufacturers. LOL

Me too, I think they just come up with random ones most the time. GRLFRND are known for doing that, and MOTHER, ha ha 😀

Do you think they do it to create an extra talking point? Or is it just the jeans designers having a bit of fun? I mean, no random person is ever going to guess these colour names without knowledge. 😀

I would imagine it’s just some fun or whatever anyone comes up with on the day. The craziest names that have no relevance are what I like, ha ha. As an example, some of the MOTHER washes are: Helter Skelter, Whiplash, Swimming Pool Sunday, Well Played, Coffee Tea or Me, Graffiti Girl… Ha ha. Then you have some from GRLFRND which are like: Love Hangover, My Sharona, A Little More Love, You And Me Against The World, Sixpence, Car Wash, I Will Survive… It’s never ending! 😀
