A Cute Yellow Floral Dress

I can’t believe that it’s feeling like summer already! It was only last week that it was raining and quite chilly, and then we had a heatwave out of nowhere, which meant that I got to wear my new, pretty summer dresses that I purchased!

For this outfit here, I was wearing a Hollister Flutter Sleeved Smocked Skort Dress (similar dress here and here) with a really cute yellow floral print. This dress is really comfortable, and I do love anything with a skort design as it makes me feel confident when it’s a bit windy.

What I love about this dress is that you can wear the sleeves off the shoulder, or on the shoulder, and it looks cute either way. It’s elasticated in the chest area, so it’s super comfortable. Since it’s affordable, I also picked up the white and the light blue (size small for reference), which I’m sure you will be seeing sometime soon!

Then for my bag, I went with my Mulberry Small Lana Bag in Eggshell High Gloss Leather, which I love so much! I never knew this bag would be so versatile and so gorgeous at the same time! Its elegance really helps take your outfits to the next level. I did do a Mulberry Small Lana Bag review a while back, when I got this beautiful piece, and I’m happy to report that I’ve worn it many times since then! It’s one of my favourite bags in my collection!

Then finally for my shoes, I opted for the Dune London Meemee Mid Block Heel Sandals in Ecru. These are a really nice shade of off white and they’re really simple and chic. I took a UK size 6 in these and they fit absolutely perfectly with the standard width, but they do come in a wide width as well. These lovely sandals were gifted from the new Dune collection, but selected by me as I only choose what I love, and I do love them! They’re super comfortable too and I can already tell that I’m going to be wearing them a lot this summer!

One thing that I love about the warm weather is how green and plush everything looks in the countryside of England. It makes taking photos a joy, and I love how these ones turned out. They were shot in a little village by a farm, and they just have that summer glow about them. As always, what do you think of this outfit? I love to hear your thoughts.
