Pink Wide Leg Trousers At Lacock Abbey

Pink Wide Leg Trousers At Lacock Abbey

Hey guys! I’m back with a brand new outfit post to share with you. I say brand new, but I actually shot these photos back at the end of summer last year, but I unfortunately never got around to editing them and sharing them with you all until now. I’m starting to feel a bit better lately, so I’m able to work on more of my personal content for you all!

This was an outfit that I wore to Lacock Abbey! This was the second time I went and I do have photos from the first time, where we actually met Queen Camilla, and I will share those with you soon, but first of all, I wanted to show this outfit off to you as I find it quite fun with all the pops of pink! I’ve also included some photos from Lacock Abbey as it’s such a beautiful place. If you ever get the chance to visit, do it!

For this outfit, I was wearing my Abercrombie & Fitch Sloane Trousers in Pink, which I absolutely adore! These are so lightweight and such a gorgeous shade that I can’t ever get enough of them. I actually own quite a few of their Sloane trousers, in neutral shades, but the pink are my favourite.

I paired these pink trousers with my Abercrombie & Fitch short sleeve knitted top in cream, which I think adds a bit more of a casual element to the look, making it more appropriate for more seasons. I think a nice belt would really tie this together too, in a cream shade, but I unfortunately didn’t have one.

Now for the rest of the outfit, I went with my Alexander McQueen Sneakers, as these work so well with trousers, and then finished it off with a floppy sunhat, and my Mulberry Lily Bag in Mulberry Pink. I’ve got two shades of pink here as the Mulberry is more like a magenta pink, but I love it! I just needed some pink lipstick to match! What do you think of this outfit? Unfortunately not one of these items is available anymore, except for the shoes, so I can’t link to anything!

Lacock Abbey has the most gorgeous stairs!

Below is another look at the entrance (now used as the exit). The abbey was founded in 1232.

Scenes from Harry Potter were shot here! I’ll share more in another post.

This book has never left the Abbey! It was handwritten in the mid 1300’s, named after the original book that was written in the 1200’s. It’s absolutely incredible!

Pink looks fantastic on you. Love the floppy hat too. Such a gorgeous location for a photo shoot and a visit. I do like a visit to a historic building. Looking forward to seeing more in another post. Good to hear you are starting to feel better. 🙂
