I thought it might be nice to share with you some of the designer pieces that I have wanted for a really long time, but due to the price of them or exclusivity, I have not been able to obtain. There are 5 pieces here which have been on my designer wish list for ages and I couldn’t possibly put them in order, although maybe I could shoot a few to the top of the list, like the shoes, but they are very hard to get hold of. So here are my top 5 designer wish list items and I’d love to know what you think! What are some of yours that you would love to own but can’t?
First on the list (which isn’t in order) is a Chanel Flap Bag. I’ve always thought they were extremely classic and iconic and even though I’m not hugely fond of the classic black ones, when I saw this printed floral one for SS15, I completely fell in love with it. I’ve seen it in the boutique in London too and it is just as gorgeous in person as it looks in photos, if not more actually. With its hefty price tag though, I’m pretty sure it’s something I wont be able to get hold of unless I went down the designer second hand route! I’ve done that a few times before with some other pieces and it worked out great, so I am always keeping my eyes open for a great deal on it! Who knows!
Next on the list is my beloved Valentino Rockstud 100 Heels! I’ve wanted the matte black and nude combination for over a year now but they always seem to sell out really fast and they do cost a lot of money which makes it difficult too. I’m currently saving up for them, but I think they will need to be a purchase that I make in a boutique as online my size is always sold out in matte and only available in patent. I fell in love hard for these shoes though when I first saw them and I really can’t wait until I can finally own a pair in the future! There’s so many colour combinations (as you can see here), but I think the black and nude is most classic! Which do you like?
A Celine Nano Luggage Tote has been on my designer wish list for about 3 years! I haven’t ever gotten one for the obvious reason of it costing a huge amount of money, which I couldn’t justify or save enough for, but it doesn’t stop me loving them! Brooklyn Blonde just got this one in taupe, and I think the natural colour is the most beautiful. I did originally love the tri-colour options, but I think this one is so versatile, it will go with so many pieces! Maybe one day in the future a Celine Nano Luggage Tote might sit proudly on my shelf, or on my body I should say!
Oh my beloved Chanel espadrilles in black and white canvas! I’ve been in love with these for about 2 years now! I remember back last April trying to get hold of them in the boutiques and not being able to as they only get limited stock and they sell out like hot cakes. I’ve still been trying to get hold of them weekly by calling the boutiques and scouting eBay, but they never have any in and online they go for such a crazy price (well over the RRP) which I can’t afford. I’m never giving up though and I truly hope that I will be able to find my pair one day! If any of you know of an authentic pair in a size 40 though, please let me know! I’d be forever grateful! I’m just in love with these so much!
Finally, it’s a Burberry Trench Coat! This is newer to my wish list actually as I only really started liking them a huge amount at the beginning of this year. I’ve always thought they looked amazing on people (like this one from Wendy’s Look Book) and when I saw them in the boutique, I was even more besotted. I love the mid length version in the honey colour the most, as pictured, and despite the many colour combinations! Again though, these do cost a huge amount of money, so it’s not something I’m able to get anytime soon unless financial situations change. But it’s definitely on my designer wish list! Have any of you got a Burberry trench coat?
