Pretty Lavish Beige Satin Trouser Suit

Pretty Lavish Beige Satin Trouser Suit Outfit

Is it spring time yet? I feel like it should be a lot warmer and dryer than this in March, ha ha. Shooting photos has become more about battling the cold than enjoying the outfit sharing lately! I’ve been putting together a lot of looks that are more appropriate for springtime, so hopefully you find some inspiration in them, despite this current weather! Ha ha!

Getting to this outfit, I was wearing this gorgeous Satin Trouser Suit from Pretty Lavish! It’s a Beige Satin Naomi Shirt and a pair of Beige Satin Naomi Trousers from the brand, which I picked up in the sale a couple of weeks ago, and styled in a dressed up, but casual way. I layered the shirt open, over a Shein Brown Cami Top and matched the colour to my Sam Edelman Brown Ankle Boots. I then finished it off with my Celine Nano Luggage in Glazed Nut.

You may remember the dark brown satin trousers that I wore last year, and they were the same as these, just a different colour. I dressed those up quite differently to this outfit here, but also similar in a way. I really like this satin trouser set because it’s a lighter colour, so it doesn’t have to be the sole focus of the entire outfit, like a darker colour would. There’s many ways in which you can wear this set! Dark brown goes with it perfectly, hence my outfit here. I can’t wait to try other variations as it heats up.

For those of you wondering about size, I took size S in the trousers and size XS in the shirt. I would say both come up a little big as the trousers have an elasticated back, and the shirt is oversized, so if you’re between sizes, go with the smaller size for sure! And size down one in the shirt.

For those of you wanting to know more about my bag here, like I mentioned above, it’s the Celine Nano Luggage in Glazed Nut. I picked this up in 2019 in London when Celine was still on Mount Street (it’s now on Bond Street) and it was the last one available.

Nut was a seasonal shade for the Autumn/Winter 2019 collection and is actually really hard to find pre-owned now. I haven’t once seen one when I’m trying to link up a bag to buy that looks like this, so I’ve linked up other options for brown hand held bags instead. You can see a previous outfit that I wore it with by clicking here, and for those of you that would like to read my review on the Celine Nano Luggage in Dune, please do! This style is one of my favourites!

When it comes to jewellery to finish off my outfit, I opted for dainty pieces here as I chose a Daisy London Gold Necklace and a couple of their thin rings, as well as two sets of Pearl Huggie Earrings from Lily & Roo, and some crystal set band rings from the brand too.

I used to be about statement jewellery when I was a bit younger, but now I prefer the more elegant, classic pieces that complement the outfits instead of become the focal point. Just like this one.

Anyway, please do let me know what you think of this look and the Pretty Lavish Satin Trouser Suit combination that I put together. I really like how it turned out, as apposed to button the shirt and tucking it in, which would have been too much light satin for my personal preference.

This is such a great look! You’re right that the brown works so well with this, the bag is perfect! I really like how you wear those pants and the relaxed shirt is a great topper! 🙂
