Cowgirl Denim Inspired
I can’t believe that it’s almost Christmas! How is it already the 18th December? For those of you that have been following my stories on Instagram, you will know that Christen is here and we’re doing all sorts of touristy things! We just got back from half a week in London and that was amazing (some new purchases will be shared soon!) and we’ve done Stonehenge, Cardiff Castle, Salisbury Cathedral… so many things! It’s been incredible so far and it’s good to do tourist things in my own country and show him around. Anyway, enough of that as I will save it for an actual blog post!
For this outfit, I was wearing a cowgirl inspired look and I love how it all fits! My boots are my Idyllwind Cowgirl Boots that you saw in a previous outfit post of mine, but this time I styled them with black skinny jeans instead of a denim skirt, and they work just as well. I think these are the cutest short cowboy boots I have ever seen and I am so glad I bought them when I was in the USA!
I wore a simple brown tank top as well, to play off of the brown tones in the boots, and then layered my J.Crew Denim Jacket over the top. Again, this was another find in the USA and Christen actually spotted it first. I ended up taking an XXS in it as it runs huge, and I like a snug fit. We got it at the outlet store in Columbus, and it’s quickly become one of my favourite denim jackets!
Then for the accessories, I went with my Louis Vuitton Mini Palm Springs Backpack and combined that with a matching Louis Vuitton Belt. I understand that usually designer accessories are not really part of a cowgirl outfit, however this is my take on it. I really like how it turned out and I felt so cool, ha ha! I hope you are well. Your outfit is overhot sexy. The pants fit perfectly. The shirt shows everything it should. The hot denim jacket is a hit. The cowboy boots with the metal embellishments on the toe and heel are incredibly cool. A real Lorna outfit. Over the top!!!! I wish you a Merry Christmas and lots of presents….(e.g. boots).
